Why Strategic Ignorance Is the Key to Achieving More in Less Time.

An average American would take 3 million years to be as rich as Elon Musk, this is what statistics says. Why is that so, Why do some people get so much done in one lifetime that most people could not in thousands lifetime.

The reason lies somewhere in the science behind momentum.

Most people occasionally experience the state of momentum because of their availability to things of low vibration. They are easily approachable from the outside world.

This is the reason why most people get few things done in their whole lifetime, they only progress linearly and after some time they only degenerate into becoming worse because they don’t unlearn the unessential things.

Be a strategic Ignorant.

Success is more about ignorance and less about focus. Success is about ignoring ten good things in order to focus on one great thing.

What does it mean to be a strategic ignorant, it means that you are not focusing on the unessential things that are not in harmony with your desired self, you say “no” to those ideas, information and people. In short, you make yourself unavailable to the things that can sabotage your performance.

It simply means deliberately ignoring the things of low vibration which is not in alignment with the future you seek for yourself.

How you do that?

To live a life full of momentum one must take care of the distractions first and then focus on the essentials. There are a lot of things that are going on all over the world which has nothing to do with your goal and your future self.

To successfully sustain a positive momentum we need a filter, a mental filter for everything we do and saying “no” to the things that don’t match the standard our future self demands from us.

Sorting out everything in our life on this scale. For example, There are kinds of information that I would rate 9 or 10 in terms of their alignment with my future self, I would make sure that I only consume in that range and not anything lower than that range.

We have an absolute control over what reaches our mind through our senses, we choose to consume what we consume whether we are aware of it or not.

“I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.” — William Ernest Henley

We are living in the age where there is abundance of everything even the unessential things and it is of vital importance to say “no” to those things to maintain a state of flow which is necessary to do the most amazing things in one’s life.

Most people consume things in a reactionary way and this is one of the greatest reasons behind the failure of many people.

Being not aware about the things you consume could be disastrous to your future self.

Being ignorant is not much bad but being not aware of your ignorance is surely dangerous.

• Taking Extreme ownership.

All progress starts by telling the truth.” — Alcoholics Anonymous

All progress starts by taking responsibility for your life, you cannot blame others and give excuses for your failure. Doing so makes no positive change in one’s life. So, it is useless to do such a thing.

Self-honesty is a virtue that needs to be developed to progress drastically and make huge progress. Being honest about your deepest needs and desires is needed to grow tremendously.

Knowing exactly what you want is crucial, Most of the time our goals and future self are shaped and influenced by the outside world but being extremely honest with oneself is required to build an authentic desire for the future self.

It should be genuine rather than some kind of superficiality. It should be an Inside-outside transformation. It’s about creating a life model for yourself rather than fitting into a model others have created.

To create momentum, one must live a life of depth rather than just superficiality. It simply means you cannot afford to be distracted. To live a life full of depthness one must have absolute control over how they spend their time and energy.

Mastering the time and energy precedes mastering money. If you don’t master the way you spend your time and energy, you can never achieve the mastery over the material wealth you seek in the world.

• Cultivating Enthusiasm life long.

Energy is contagious. All great things first begin with a great desire to achieve it. To do great things we must first develop a great craving to accomplish it.

“Great craving precedes great achievement.”

One of the key things that is required to succeed in one’s life is to build great excitement about the future self we seek for ourselves.

Without excitement, there is no space for taking the actions required to grow.

Visualization for connecting the dots between present and the future self. To make a great leap, one must be emotionally connected to their future self. “We choose to deny what our senses deny.

It is of great importance to see the future in imagination otherwise there is no hunger and hope for taking the actions required to make the best out of the present. Building an intense and deep connection with your future self so that making the hard choices in the present seems easy and natural to one’s identity.

• Attitude is everything.

“Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.” — Wayne Dyer

Both success and failure are the illusion of the mind. In one instance you can feel to be successful and in another instance, you can feel to be a failure. It’s how you see yourself that matters, means it doesn’t matter how successful you are Or how failure you are. Instead what matters is your trajectory (where you are moving).

Your attitude determines the kind of thoughts and emotions you are going to feel.

One of the key things that determines the life you will have is the kind of attitude you have. On this earth everything is dualistic, which means there is no truth in the thing itself, therefore how we see things determines what we are going to do.

Our view of reality is distorted and fundamentally what determines our actions is our attitude towards those things.

It is an attitude that fundamentally distinguishes between people who succeed and the people who fail.

One of the key thing which I find of great importance in my own life is the importance of right attitude, if you don’t have the right attitude you could be winning but it can make you think of failing and vice versa.

The key things that alter the trajectory is the right attitude. Attitude comes from seeing the bigger picture which comes from the right information and the right understanding.

I would like to share an example from my experience:When I try to wake up early in the winter when there is so cold outside and I have to go to gym and exercise. I could sleep in the blanket and not wake up early because I have no obligation.

There is a difference between “have” to and “choose” to. Most of the time we first choose to engage in different things, we “choose” to go to school, we “choose” to go to the gym and exercise and we choose to do everything like the career, relationship but most often after some time, it becomes a “have” to then it is all hassle, another task on our task list to cross it off.

Success is not just about one thing it is about everything. You cannot expect to change one thing and expect success. Everything is connected in a way. Success is a multitude of things.

When we need to do something that scares us because of the involvement of pain in the activity, we need to change our view towards it. What you see matters but ‘how’ you see matters the most.

Do you see the pain or the pleasure that comes from overcoming challenges? Seeing the pain restricts action but seeing the excitement in completion of the activity inspires action.

At last, it is easy to be failure and it is hard to be successful. Failure is not in falling down but in “never” trying.
